Job offer for a tramway line construction engineer. Applied online. RH contacted me via email for a video call. Had the video call with general questions, and then received an offer by email. After the email offer, they proposed signing the internship contract, with 1700 euros per month.

First, you'll need to record a 1-minute video of yourself. You get 3 tries to get it right before submitting the final version on the platform. After that, there's a 20-minute video call for a technical interview, followed by a 20-minute video call with HR. Finally, you'll get feedback via email and/or phone.
