My interview was solely via email. I was sent a few yes/no questions and asked to complete a "personality test." I finished the test, doing my best with the questions, even though there's rarely a single "correct" answer for them. Afterwards, the recruiter emailed, stating, "Your survey results do not meet the criteria to move to the next step in the interview process. I would like to ask that you retake the survey and remember a few things: *Take your time *Answer all questions as they only apply to you and not how you assume the general public may answer them *Many questions appear to be identical but they are not." This confused me, as if my answers weren't what they wanted, why ask me to do it again? I answered honestly, and changing them wouldn't reflect me. Luckily, I got a job offer from another company soon after, so I could forget about this interview.

I first had a phone interview and then a week later, I was contacted for a virtual group interview. Both interviews were pretty straightforward. This was my first time in a group interview, I saw three other people on the virtual video. I was a bit nervous thinking I was competing with them for the job. The interviewers told us not to worry and that we weren't competing, as they hire every month. I felt this set a good tone. It lasted about 30 minutes and they asked typical customer service questions about duties and experiences.

I got a call first to talk about the job, then they emailed me to set up a group interview. It was online with two managers from the call center. They asked pretty normal interview questions. I got the job offer by email about a week later. Then onboarding happened a month after that, so it felt a bit slow.
