So, after a typing test, there was this panel interview with 3 leaders. They asked some basic questions, and then the big one: what's more important, rapport or product knowledge? The answer is rapport. It was a big interview, like 6 people total, and they hired 2 of us.

The next day, I got an email with a link to a personality assessment (took about 15 mins) and some pre-qualifying questions (like availability for nights, weekends, holidays and verifying call center experience). I interviewed the next day and knew they wanted to hire me. I got my official offer letter 2 business days later.
