Sales Associate
The hiring process is outsourced due to a high volume of applicants. Moving to the next stage is straightforward if you can accommodate their schedule, have sales experience, and possess the required equipment.
- Do you have prior sales experience?
- Can you share your availability?
- Do you have the equipment needed for the role?
Sales Associate
I applied on Indeed and was immediately sent a link to apply elsewhere too, which I did right away. I had an interview scheduled for 1pm via Indeed, but the interviewer was 1.5 hours late because there were over 100 people in the interview queue. When the interview finally started, the woman didn't apologize and had a baby crying in the background. She didn't even say hi when she joined, just asked if I had submitted my info online via the second link. I said yes and asked if she hadn't received it. She confirmed she got it. Her only question was if I had visited the website, not about my sales experience, even though I have a strong background in mortgages, collections, and personal/business loan sales and have always been a top performer. The interview was incredibly short, only about 1 minute long.
- Have you seen our website, and what were your impressions?
Sales Associate
It was a very professional and positive group interview with 4 candidates. After some brief info, there were a few questions. The interview with the recruiter and sales director was lovely. I enjoyed the format and felt the questions were challenging.
- How would you handle a sales objection?
