The interview went pretty well overall, though it felt a bit rushed. The recruiter was great, very communicative and helpful throughout. However, my experience with the last interviewer wasn't ideal. He was dismissive of some of my answers and seemed to make up his mind very early on, which was disappointing.

Super solid team! The whole process was pretty organized and the interviewers were extremely friendly and down to earth. It actually made me not hate interviewing for once. They seem interested in getting to know you and whether you’re a good match with the company culture, your experience, and longer term career goals because they seem to want people that stick around. I had several interviews, but they ended up hiring a more experienced candidate. Make sure you get to know the company (study!) and select specific items from the job requirements that might be similar to projects you’ve worked on.

After submitting my resume, I got a call from the recruiter the next business day for a video interview. Right after that, I was scheduled for two more video interviews with company managers for the next day. Then, the day after that, I had a third interview with a panel and a fourth and final interview with the hiring manager. They kept me updated on what was happening after each interview. Everyone I met was super professional. The interviews felt more like a conversation, talking about my experience, skills, and the challenges of the job.

I had a quick chat with HR and they were flexible when I needed to reschedule. It was a nice, easy conversation. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. We had another good talk, it felt really positive and went well, not like a tough interview. I answered their questions and discussed my experience. After that, things went downhill. I never heard back from anyone, not even a rejection email. It's only decent courtesy to update candidates after they've invested time in applying and interviewing.
