Behavioral Presentation

It was a multi-step interview process. Started with a recruiter call, then met with the direct report, followed by a team member. After that, there was a panel interview that included a presentation. The final step was an interview with the CEO. The company looks for bright, talented people with a Pitbull mentality. It was challenging, but not insane.

It was a very well structured interview process. I spoke with several different people who were in charge of each department. Many of them asked me why I was qualified for the role, but they were generally excited about the possibility of me joining the team.

Behavioral Technical

It was a super long and inefficient interview process. Took them 4 months, and after all that enthusiasm, they just kept delaying things, which really shows a systemic issue. They didn't seem to consider my long-term planning at all, which makes it seem like they don't care about potential employees.
