Demand Generation Specialist

Analyst
The interview was split into 3 parts: agency, manager, and HR director. At the agency, everything went well. With the manager, scheduling was fast, but with the HR director, it took about a month. After that, there was a long waiting period. The whole process took 3 months, and after that, I received a rejection. I was disappointed with the response time.

Human Resources Business Partner
The hiring process was theoretically extensive, with five main stages: an interview with HR, an interview with the direct manager, an interview with global directors (in English), behavioral and cultural fit assessments, and two more interviews with key internal clients. I found the selection process to be robust and quite structured, but it lacked clarity in feedback and timely communication. There was a stage where it took about 30 days for an update on advancing to the next phase (they apologized for the delay due to internal area restructuring). After 70 days from completing the five stages (which I believe were all the stages), they still haven't provided a response. Obviously, I imagine the outcome wasn't positive, but considering the steps taken to the final stage, I believe even a negative response would have added to the positive view and appreciation of this organization, which really caught my eye during the interview process, and would have reinforced the respect and gratitude for the candidate who dedicated themselves and believed in the process.

Inside Sales Representative
I was contacted by a 3rd party recruiter for a phone interview first. Then, another phone interview with a sales manager. Finally, I had a 5-person interview back-to-back in 3 hours. It felt like a waste of time. I arrived early and the receptionist didn't know who was interviewing me. I waited, and eventually, someone came to get me. He took me to his office and asked generic questions. After that, I interviewed with 4 other people for 30 minutes each, and they asked the same questions. Half of them had never done phone sales before and were questioning me, even though I have over 5 years of high-volume sales experience. I'm really pissed off I took the time to come here for this interview. It was a horrible experience. I wouldn't have accepted an offer even if it was made. I do not recommend this place.
