The process was very straightforward and nothing to be scared of. All the info you needed was provided. My interviewer was the best and made me feel extremely confident and comfortable. 10/10 process.
- What makes you want to work here?
Sales Representative
It was a very straightforward and simple process. The recruiters had great energy and communicated directly about the position. I was very happy to be part of that progression. Anyone wanting to learn about Victory's offerings can apply, and they will provide all relevant information.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a challenge, how you overcame it, why it was difficult, and what helped you get through it?
Sales Representative
I interviewed for an entry sales role. The first interview was a phone call with Alyssa. I was really surprised because the job description never mentioned that it would be a door-to-door sales position, and I wasn't told about it beforehand. Then, I spoke with the assistant sales manager, and he told me it was door-to-door sales, mentioning that's how he started. I was pretty disappointed; it felt like a waste of my time.
- Would you be a door-to-door salesman?
