First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Victory Home Remodeling.
Sales Representative
It was a very straightforward and simple process. The recruiters had great energy and communicated directly about the position. I was very happy to be part of that progression. Anyone wanting to learn about Victory's offerings can apply, and they will provide all relevant information.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced a challenge, how you overcame it, why it was difficult, and what helped you get through it?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was really informative and eye-opening. Career development was a big focus for me, which is why I was so open to getting an offer and starting here. It has me ready to knock on doors and become a better person and leader. Seeing how the work office culture is and how everyone is like family is what really drew me in. From meeting the team, directors Brian and Devin, to the HR team, Mitzy and Destiny, I just love the environment and the people in this company.
- Why is this career path the right one for you?
Sales Associate
The interview process kicked off with a phone call. Initially, I wasn't super interested, but after chatting with Deena, I was sold. She gave me a great picture of what it's like working here, the company vibe, and the opportunities for quick career growth. The next week, I had an in-person meeting with Steve, the VP of Sales Development. He showed me around, explained the role, what to expect, and asked me a few questions. It felt pretty laid-back but professional.
- How do you handle rejection?
Sales Development Representative
I was contacted by Mitzy over the phone and she was super friendly and positive. The initial phone interview was brief but turned into a 30-minute chat because we had such a good conversation with lots of laughs. She really made me enthusiastic about the company and confident for the next interview. Then, I met with Anthony Suppa and Brian Negron for the second interview. I was a bit nervous but they were really nice and welcoming, which helped a lot. The whole process was fast and easy. They asked about my previous experiences and what motivated me to pursue a career in sales. It was a great experience overall.
