The interview process included an HR interview, followed by interviews with a sales manager, and then a VP or Director or Manager’s boss. These interviews were conducted over Zoom or Teams. After multiple interviews and sending several thank you letters, the company did not follow up via email or phone. Even polite calls or professional emails were not returned. This lack of follow-up after multiple interviews was considered rude and disrespectful, indicating low standards from HR and leadership.

Behavioral Other

It was a really long process. There were a bunch of questionnaires and a personality test, plus in-person interviews. One of the surveys took about six hours. It felt like a lot of work for the candidate, maybe too much. I think they're trying to be thorough, but it's a bit much. There also seemed to be a gap between the internal recruiters and the hiring managers, which might have dragged things out. It felt like I was already working there before I even got the job because there was so much to do.
