terrible interview process 1st round with hr which was relatively ok. 2nd round with manger was relatively ok. then it took them ages to get back on any feedback. 3rd round was with a technical person who wasn't very technical, kept asking the same questions over and over like they didn't understand the basics. Possibly, the most weirdest interview experience. Lost interest after the 2nd stage as they had very little consideration or respect for me as a candidate.

- questions were ok during hr and 2nd stage, 3rd stage the interviewer was not technical, lacked experience, and asked very silly questions indicating that they lacked basic practical experience in the area to which they were interviewing. 3rd stage was pretty much the interviewer was going around and around in circles with their questions.

A recruiter reached out to me about a Sr engineer role. I only had one interview with someone from the hiring team. We used MS Teams for the video call, which caused a lot of problems during the interview. I joined the MS Teams call 10 minutes before the scheduled time and waited to be admitted. However, no one joined after the interview start time had passed. I had to restart MS Teams, and then the call connected. I was told I was late and the interviewer didn't seem to believe that a software glitch caused the issue, even after I explained. It wasn't a good experience, mostly ruined by MS Teams. The recruiter contacted me with a tight schedule, but the interviewer made things difficult, implying I didn't know enough about their product before the interview. I have my own complex product to work on; do they expect me to understand their product in just 1-2 days after the recruiter's call?

It was a single day packed with interviews. I spoke with engineers, management, and HR. Each session was at least 30 minutes. They threw in some technical problems, a few brain teasers, and some personality questions. Oh, and I had a shorter interview before this day.
