Technical System Design

First they looked at my resume. Then we had a deep dive session about AI agents systems, ML models such as neural network layers and loss functions. We also covered system design basics like what kind of caching system you'd build for a scenario and how to optimize Docker builds.

Technical Coding

Had a pretty straightforward 3-round interview process. The first round was about 1 hour with the manager, a bit technical, and included a coding question. The communication was really good, and the team seemed knowledgeable. I had a great time interviewing there.

The interview process was quite lengthy and felt unnecessary. It started with an initial HR discussion. Then, there was a take-home test, which involved a buggy website that malfunctioned midway through. This was followed by an interview with the project manager. The technical interview was interesting and challenging. Finally, there was another HR interview, which was an awkward corporate-style discussion and seemed like a complete waste of time. In total, it took about 6 hours, with a significant risk of that time being unproductive.

Behavioral Technical Technical

terrible interview process 1st round with hr which was relatively ok. 2nd round with manger was relatively ok. then it took them ages to get back on any feedback. 3rd round was with a technical person who wasn't very technical, kept asking the same questions over and over like they didn't understand the basics. Possibly, the most weirdest interview experience. Lost interest after the 2nd stage as they had very little consideration or respect for me as a candidate.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • questions were ok during hr and 2nd stage, 3rd stage the interviewer was not technical, lacked experience, and asked very silly questions indicating that they lacked basic practical experience in the area to which they were interviewing. 3rd stage was pretty much the interviewer was going around and around in circles with their questions.
