Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a screening, followed by two interviews with a senior manager and then a director. Scheduling was inconsistent because the Chicago office kept changing their minds about whether the interviews would be in person or online. The manager interview included structured questions. The director interview went off script and they said I had all the qualities they were looking for, so they didn't have any further questions. I haven't felt this disrespected as a candidate in a while, and I don't plan on applying again in the future.

Behavioral Technical

It's usually a phone or video chat. The recruiter will ask about your past experience, why you're interested in this job, and what pay you're looking for. It's a laid-back way to see if you're a good fit. For roles dealing with immigration, tax, or specific processes, they might give you a quick test or ask some technical questions. This could cover your understanding of immigration rules, tax laws, Excel skills, or how you'd manage compliance.
