Global Mobility Specialist
First there was a short phone call to ask some basic questions, some of them in English. Then, there was an individual interview. After that, a two-hour group interview that was quite varied, including group exercises and questions in English.
- Can you tell us about your strengths, weaknesses, and previous work experiences?
- What are your thoughts on the company and this position?
- We asked some basic questions, some in English.
Immigration Consultant
Applied online and got an interview invitation after a few days. Booked an online interview slot. The interviewer rescheduled for 30 minutes but showed up late on the interview day. Ghosted after the interview and never heard back.
- What makes you interested in working for our company?
Immigration Consultant
The interview process started with an email for a phone screening. During the screening, they asked about salary expectations but stated my market-level range was not an option and would be lower. After the phone screening, there was a first interview and then a final second round. The process felt impersonal as no contact information was provided. The interviews were conversational rather than question-heavy, and lacked concrete skill-based questions. I mentioned being further along in other interviews and inquired about a quicker response, which they indicated would be difficult. After waiting 2-2.5 weeks, I received a phone offer. When I requested a written offer with details like conditions, start date, benefits, and salary to compare with another offer, they said it wouldn't be possible within a week but they'd try. I didn't hear back for over 1.5 months.
- What are your expectations for this role?
