I got in touch with Viagogo through email after we met at a university careers fair. I went through 3 onsite interviews where they explained their work and asked me both technical and non-technical questions. Following that, I had to do a case study at home. The final step was a phone interview where we discussed my case study work.

I had an online test that I passed, but honestly, I kind of wish I hadn't. The interview process with Viagogo was a mess. They were 20 minutes late for my first phone interview, so I had to reschedule. Then, they scheduled me with a different person. About an hour before the next interview, they canceled and I had to reschedule again. They scheduled me a third time, this time with yet another person. This interviewer called about 8 minutes early, which really threw me off because that's never happened in my 50+ interviews. They rushed through 4 questions about my university, major, and post-graduation activities. Then they asked about Viagogo's business model and revenue streams. They quickly explained the rest of the interview process without asking if I had any questions. The call ended before the scheduled start time. The recruiter was also unwilling to share the salary range. It was the most rushed and uninterested recruiter experience I've had. On the plus side, they did get back to me with a rejection in a timely manner, which was the only professional part of the whole thing.

This was seriously the worst interview process ever. 1. All communication was through some online platform, so I couldn't even talk directly to HR. Made it super hard to give them any updates. 2. The interviewer showed up late and I was given the wrong names of who I was supposed to meet. 3. I saw a bunch of reviews for this job, seems like they interview a lot but don't hire anyone. I interviewed a while back and didn't get an offer. The only good thing was the assessment was actually pretty interesting.
