The interview was pretty straightforward. Since I was already working in another department at the company, it made things a bit easier. Nothing too complex. The interviewers asked scenario-based questions and conducted the interview in multiple languages.

The interview process felt really up-to-date. It started with a phone call from the recruiter to talk about the company. Then, there was a Skype chat with people from the main office who went into more detail about the company's business. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the local managers who explained the role I applied for and asked questions about my resume. Everyone I met was super friendly and made me feel at ease.

Behavioral Technical

I started with a recruiter phone screen asking basic questions about my CV, past experiences, and my time in Ireland. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with recruiters to further discuss my experiences and background. This included a basic Portuguese/English language test and some customer service role-playing exercises. Following that, a Team Leader called me to discuss the team, job duties, and my past experience. The whole process was smooth with consistent updates via email or phone.
