Applied online and got a call back about a week later. Had a phone screen with HR and then was invited for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The interview was a panel style because they were filling two positions. Shortly after, the recruiter contacted me about moving forward, which involved checking at least 5 references and completing a TalentPlus interview. I submitted references the same day and finished the TalentPlus interview the next day. The TalentPlus interview was the toughest part, with many questions to gauge my fit with the company. I haven't heard back since, so I assume I wasn't the right fit. I've tried reaching out via email and phone with no response.

The hiring process was pretty efficient. HR was professional. Right after applying online, I got a call within a few weeks. After the in person interview, I had to do a phone interview with a series of questions. They are pretty much yes or no responses (with some short answer), but it is kind of like a personality test to see if you would be appropriate for the job. A lot of the answers are common sense.
