Operations Executive
The interview process involves about 2-3 rounds. It starts with an HR phone call, followed by an in-person meeting with both HR and the Line Manager. They will ask behavioral questions, and you'll need to provide document translation and state your desires. It's not very difficult, just a typical, relaxed interview.

- What steps would you take if a customer cannot understand you due to a language barrier?
Operations
It was okay. The questions were very professional and directly focused on customer centricity aligning with the company's goals and objectives. It is important to study about the company before the interview.
