For officer roles, it's typically one round, with HR and operations planning it together. Good communication, spoken English, and confidence are key. You also need to be okay with full-time office work, as remote work isn't an option for officer operations roles.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took about 3 weeks, and it felt really rushed towards the end, with interviews happening every couple of days in the final week. It was going great until the very last interview. I made it through three rounds, and then I was the only one in the final interview, even though there were two people interviewing me. I don't get that. And then, after they said the role was urgent, I had to wait over three weeks for them to tell me I wasn't a good fit. If I wasn't a good fit, they should have let me know after I met the hiring manager in the second interview. I'm really disappointed. It cost me money to even go to these interviews because of how rushed it was. They shouldn't give candidates false hope, especially since this might be their only way to make a living and support their families.

Behavioral Behavioral

The interview process is a standard BEI (Behavior, Experience, and Inspiration) style, which is polite and comfortable. It starts with a recruiter call on Zoom, who isn't directly involved in operations. If that goes well, you'll have a talk with your potential future boss, the department head. If that conversation is positive, you'll then be invited for an in-person meeting to discuss the details of the role.

  • Tell me about a time you had a great success.
  • Describe a situation where you failed.
  • Can you give an example of a conflict you faced?
