Customer Service Agent
The company reached out to me over a few days. I went through 2 phases: an interview and a testing day at their office. The interview was on ZOOM with 3 people from the company: an HR specialist and 2 department managers. Less than a week later, they invited me to a testing day where I had to do the regular tasks for this role. But, even after a month, I haven't heard back (no word on acceptance or rejection), even though I called the department manager in my city and emailed HR.

Customer Service Agent
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was a phone call with a German HR person, where they asked me some general questions. Then, I had a second interview with the HR in Vienna. During this second interview, the questions felt way too personal and a bit invasive. They asked things like if I was going to have children, why I move around so much, and what my partner does for a living, which really has nothing to do with the job. It left me with a really uncomfortable feeling.
- Will I be having children?
- What is the reason for my frequent relocation?
- What is my partner's occupation?
Customer Service Representative
The hiring process is a multi-step journey for bringing in new team members. It usually involves these phases: drafting a job description, advertising the position, setting up interview times, doing initial interviews, and then having face-to-face interviews.
