Retail Manager
Went through 5 interviews and then they told me the position wouldn't be open. It was really disappointing that the process took 6 months. I interviewed with senior managers from all over the world. I'm not even sure if the position was actually open. They even talked to me about visa stuff.
- Can you describe your personality and what experience you bring?
- What relevant experience do you have?
Store Manager
First there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview with the district manager, and finally a phone interview with the regional manager. The in-person interview, which took place in the district manager's office at the store, lasted about an hour. The offer came through within 2 days. Questions were similar in all interviews and all focused on results.
- Tell me about how you drive results.
Store Manager
It was a typical interview process. We talked about the company's financial performance and my past accomplishments. We also went over my personal career aspirations and hypothetical situations related to the role. I got a tour of the store and was introduced to the team. They shared customer feedback and we discussed areas where we could improve and what my strengths are.
- Tell me about your understanding of our company.
- What do you know about the company?
