The interview was conducted over Zoom. It was a very laid-back experience with a few simple questions. They discussed set schedule hours and the opportunity to advance once trained and on que. These jobs are fully remote from home. They will mail you the computer and monitor and all you need to perform the job duties before you begin training.

The interview was pretty chill, they even offered me coffee. Since I applied for a role that needs German and Dutch, they checked my language skills by asking me to translate an email into those languages. It felt like a B1 level task. The rest of the interview was in German. It didn't feel like a formal interview, more like a casual chat where they asked questions like what would you do if a customer started swearing at you? and if I had experienced that before, asking me to tell them about it. Overall, it was a very easy interview.

The HR people in the interview were nice but dressed super unprofessionally in t-shirts and jeans, which made me feel way overdressed. The interview didn't allow for normal conversation; it was only question and answer straight through a list of questions. It was awkward and not personalized. I'm not sure how you can get to know anyone by rushing through questions and not seeming interested or wanting to know more about the answer. They could use some more experienced HR staff who acted and dressed more professionally. They also said they would let you know either way if you got the job or didn't, but I never heard back, which is hypocritical.
