The interview process was smooth overall. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed about the timeline, what to expect, and any feedback. The entire process lasted about 3-4 weeks and included 3 distinct rounds. The communication alone made it one of the best interview processes I've experienced so far. Everyone I met was also very welcoming and clear about the role's requirements and expectations.

It took over two months to schedule the two interviews, which felt very slow. The recruiter was nice but seemed overwhelmed and wasn't very responsive, which was a bit of a turn-off.

This hiring process took over 3 months and I never got a final word. It involved 4 calls and a long audit homework assignment. It was a drawn-out process, exactly three months, and I ended up withdrawing my candidacy even though I was still considered a potential fit. It was frustrating because the team seemed indecisive or disorganized. There was no closure. It's not fair to keep someone waiting this long. I suspect the recruiter was instructed to put me on hold, possibly because they were considering outsourcing the role. It must be a difficult situation for the recruiter if that's the case.
