Had one 45 min Recruiter interview. Then a 60 min interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had a take-home business case that I needed to present to a panel which included the Hiring Manager and some other peers. Finally, there was one more interview with a Senior Leader.

After submitting my CV and cover letter, I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First, there was an HR interview with talent recruitment to discuss basic job details and my experience. Then, I had a competency-based chat with the manager. After that, a technical interview with senior tech staff, and finally, a senior interview focusing on fit.

I made it all the way to the final round and then got ghosted, which was seriously the worst interview experience ever. It's unbelievable how a candidate can reach the final stage and not even get a notification about not getting an offer. It was super unprofessional, but looking back, it's probably a good thing I didn't get hired, because a company that handles hiring like this can't be a good place to work. The process involved a phone screen with a recruiter, an interview with the engineering manager, a case study, and a final round with the head of product.
