First I had a fit interview, then they gave me a business case study to work on for a week. After I presented the case study, the team asked me questions about my approach and the business insights I had.

The first two phone calls went well, I think. They asked me about my motivations and other questions about myself. After the second interview, I didn't hear anything back, even after sending two emails. I got an email three and a half weeks later saying they had picked someone else, which I had already figured out. I would have preferred a call explaining the long delay just to reject me. They promised a very transparent and quick process, but it was the opposite. Really disappointing.
