I went through a temp company that had offices on site. They were really flexible with interview times and managed to schedule both interviews for me on the same day. They were great at answering all my questions about salary, PTO, retirement, and the general work environment. There's a pre-employment assessment, but it's pretty easy if you're qualified.

The interview process starts with a screening and then an interview. After that, there's a drug test and a physical exam. For the physical exam, you gotta be able to lift 35lbs easily and up to 65lbs. It's a tough process overall, but the benefits are great.
