- What's your motivation for leaving your current job to join Vestas?
Buyer
The interview process started with a telephonic interview with HR. Then, there was a technical interview with the team lead lasting about thirty minutes, followed by a manager round for 20 minutes. During these rounds, they mainly checked how we communicate in English. They also mentioned that an internal referral is preferred, and proficiency in additional languages like Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
- Can you provide a full process explanation and describe challenges faced and achievements made in your previous organizations?
Buyer
Got a call from HR and then the very next day, they set up a Technical round with the Manager. I waited for over 2 hours, and finally, the manager called me in. Two managers interviewed me for about 30 minutes. I answered most of their questions, but they rejected me due to a lack of experience, which was funny because they called me based on my experience matching the role.
- What is your knowledge of import and export processes?
- What are your career aspirations for the next 5 years?
- Can you tell me about your experience with supply chain, vendors, and suppliers?
