The interview process was quick and easy. It involved three main interviews: one with external HR, then with the Section Manager, followed by an online psychological evaluation. There was also a discussion with HR and the manager afterwards. It was mostly focused on the person and their personality, since the technical skills were already confirmed.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your personality?
- Could you walk me through your previous projects and experiences?
Software Developer
The whole process took two months. I applied online, and about a month later, I got an email for an interview. It was supposed to be on Skype, but I suggested doing it face-to-face instead. The interview happened a week after I got the email. The first interview was about 35 minutes long and involved two managers, one from hardware and one from software. They mostly asked about my CV and experience.
- Can you tell me about three of your strengths?
- What are three areas you feel you could improve?
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
