I applied online via the Vestas careers portal and heard back from a recruiter in about 2-3 weeks. They scheduled an initial screening call where we talked about my background, salary expectations, and if I seemed like a good fit. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was asked to do a Hogan Assessment (which checks personality & leadership traits) and an IQ Test. The third interview was with the hiring manager and HR, and it was more focused on the Hogan results, discussing my work style and leadership. I got an offer 3 days after this last interview.

I had a phone interview first, and then they invited me to an office interview at the Portland branch. Unfortunately, the travel booking was poorly handled and they were unresponsive to my emails. The plan was to meet with a senior manager and then three project managers. I got to the office on time, but I didn't get to meet the senior manager. The interview overall went well, and I got a good understanding of the role and its duties. Interestingly, they mentioned that there wouldn't be many projects in the coming years and that positions might be moved to other departments, which made my decision to decline the offer easier.
