Behavioral Technical

It started with a recruiter call where I was asked behavioral and motivational questions, like 'what are your motivations?' and 'why should we hire you?'. Then, I had a short 25-minute interview with the hiring manager. She asked some technical questions and personal questions such as 'why do you want to move to another country?' and 'tell me about your family'. After that, I got a Hogan Assessment. A few days later, I had a final interview with the manager and an HR person. They reviewed my Hogan results, asking me if I agreed with each finding with questions like 'Do you avoid conflict?' and 'How do you deal with negative feedback?'. This last interview was about an hour long.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a 30 min call with HR in Poland for basic screening, salary expectations, and why Vestas. Then, 3 weeks later, a 30 min meeting with the Hiring Manager (HM) about my CV and the position. Next was an online logic test. After that, a 1-hour interview with the HM focusing on presentation skills and more about the position. Followed by an online Hogan test. Then an interview planned with HM and HR, but only the HM showed up. We talked about personal skills, and the Hogan test results weren't in yet. Finally, I got an email stating no offer was extended because another candidate was a better fit.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with a video recording where I had to answer a couple of questions and record myself. Then, we had an online interview. After that, they sent a competency and personality test. Once I finished the test, they called me for an assessment, discussed my results, and asked for confirmation. It seemed promising, and I felt like I had the job. They also asked for my references, which I provided quickly. I was so hopeful! Unfortunately, after a week, I had to remind HR about the job status. They replied they were about to contact me but unfortunately, another candidate was a slightly better fit. I doubt they would have responded if I hadn't asked. I also asked what made the other candidate a better fit and what I could do better next time, but I felt like I was talking to a wall.
