Associate Engineer
The interview process had 2 rounds. Round 1 was a group discussion with about 10 people, it was a survival of the fittest type. The topics were easy. Round 2 was a PPT Round followed by a Technical Round with a technical person. The environment was good and calm, which helped candidates feel less pressure.
- Questions were asked based on the details provided in our resume.
Technician
The interview process had 3 steps. First, a HackerRank test. Second, the tech lead interviewed me. They never smiled and had no interaction. They only turned on their camera when HR asked. At the end of the interview, they asked how many years of experience I had, which implies they didn't even look at my resume. I think people really need interview training.
- Was asked to do a basic posts react app challenge.
- Asked to write Jest-based tests for the components.
Software Engineer
It was a very technical interview process, focused on marketing. There were three levels of interviews: an aptitude test, a group discussion, and a technical round. The whole process took place in one day. The aptitude test had three categories: reasoning, verticurl knowledge, and general aptitude. The group discussion covered marketing-related topics. The technical round assessed technical knowledge.
