I was contacted by an engineer there and we set up a phone call. The interview went well, covering my previous work and operating system concepts like threads, locks, and mutexes. After that, there was no word from them for over a week. I emailed for feedback, and the manager said I passed for the next stages. He wanted to schedule three more phone interviews back-to-back. I made time for a 3-hour slot, and we agreed on a date. However, I didn't get a call at the scheduled time. After half an hour, I emailed the manager, who said he 'forgot to tell people to interview me.' He then asked for another day with a 3-hour slot, which I provided. He forgot to schedule it again, so I emailed a reminder. Finally, I got interview invites and was interviewed by their engineers. They said they'd provide feedback in a few days. It's been over a month with no feedback, and I haven't emailed them this time because the management seems really unprofessional. I feel like it was a waste of my time and gives a sense of their management style. I'd rather not work with such a company.

The interview process was okay. It included an aptitude test, three technical rounds, and one HR round. The aptitude test had some MCQs and a couple of coding questions and was easy. The first tech round covered basic networking concepts. The second and third rounds were a bit more challenging.

The interview was very technical and customer focused. I really enjoyed the process, unlike other startups I've interviewed with. The management interview gave me a lot of insight into the company and their customers. I was surprised by a lot of things; the outside market really doesn't know about a lot of the Versa portfolio.
