I interviewed for the People Operations Coordinator job at Versa Networks. The process included a first call with the hiring manager, then a second round with someone from the Talent Acquisition team, and a third round which was again with the hiring manager. They mentioned there might be a fourth round too. Everyone I talked to was nice and professional, but the whole thing felt too long for a role like this that isn't technical. A lot of the same questions came up in different interviews, and it didn't seem like they got more specific or focused as we went along. I spent a lot of time getting ready and looking up the company, so it was a bummer not to hear back after they said I would. I sent a thank-you email and followed up, but never got a reply. If you're applying for similar jobs, I'd suggest asking about the whole interview structure at the start and what they expect for each part. It would be way better if they were more open and kept in touch during the process. Good points: the interviewers were professional, and the company's field is interesting. Bad points: the process took too long, the interviews were repetitive, and they didn't follow up.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a two-round process, with each round lasting about 30 minutes. About 10 minutes of each round was dedicated to behavioral questions and some technical questions covering Java, OOP, and threads. Then there were two LeetCode problems, one involving KMP and the other a variety of BST problems. We didn't have to run the code, just describe the solution.

There was no aptitude round. The first round was a technical round where they asked questions related to core subjects and discussed my projects. Then there was an HR round where I was asked about relocation and other things. The results came after 2 days, and the package was 3 LPA.

Interview process is very good.... Totally 3 rounds... 1st round with Technical manager.... 2nd round pure technical and final 3rd round is HR round... which was not conducted for me. After clearing all the technical round they didn't gave the proper confirmation. I have mailed to the Hiring manager and he called said like " This is lengthy process so releasing of offer will take 2-3week" they have said because of this I have rejected my previous opportunity. HR called me and said " you are not shortlisted because headcount of the candidate is more so we couldn't get the approval" at last min they said like this. So if you are experiencing like this kindly don't believe versa networks because technical rounds is more important eventhough after clearing those round still they hesitate means don't believe them. Look for the better opportunity don't take risk like me. Finally you might get suffer.
