The interview had a casual vibe and was generally good. The questions were all pretty standard, nothing too out there. I talked to two interviewers who were both super friendly. The whole thing lasted about an hour, and I heard back about a second interview the very same day.

I applied online and then was asked to interview the very next day. First, I met with the co-founder, and then later I met the CEO. They introduced themselves and asked me questions about my past accomplishments and then some hypothetical situations related to their marketing strategies. It was a bit strange because after a 45-minute interview with the Co-founder, I was taken downstairs to meet the CEO and was asked the exact same questions by him. That was a major red flag for me.

Behavioral

I met with one Marketing team member who asked pretty general and simple questions about my background and future goals. Then, I met the CEO, which was a bit odd. He spoke highly about the company's start but condescendingly about me, with abrupt responses and insinuating questions. The interview was in a room with an air mattress where he slept on weekends. I never heard back from them, which was probably for the best.
