The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a phone call, and then an in-person meeting with the hiring manager or general manager of the store I would have been working at if I got the job, which I did. You just need to be confident and know how to sell. They really focus on acting out scenarios and asking questions about hypothetical sales situations or dealing with difficult customers.

First I had to fill out a questionnaire. After that, about a week later, a recruiter called me for an interview. The interview was in person and I met with two store managers at the same time. They asked me questions about my resume and some hypothetical questions about how I'd deal with customers and make sales.
