So, first, there's the application and then a screening. After that, the first interview is with HR. If it's a technical role, there's a technical/skill assessment. Then, the second interview is with the hiring manager. The final interview is a panel/executive round. They might give you a test or assignment too. For tech jobs, it could be coding, case studies, or practical tests. For customer service or sales, they might do role-playing.

I had an interview with four different heads of teams in the labs. They asked me some basic networking questions and gave me two hypothetical problems to work through how I'd diagnose networking issues.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

I got the interview through my career fair. There was an initial phone screening for 30 minutes. Then there was a "Super Interview" day that a group of interns attended. There were no actual technical questions; instead, there was a 45 minute interview where they asked questions about the types of projects you worked on and how you overcame obstacles creating them. Before doing the interview, make a list of a BUNCH of projects (even if they were homeworks) because they wanna hear multiple different things you worked on. There was another 45 minute interview where they asked you purely behavioral questions. Also when they call you to give you an offer, they give you 48 hours to do a mandated drug test or the offer is revoked.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • What methods were effective for debugging a project?
  • How did you manage a difficult teammate?
  • Describe a time you faced and overcame an obstacle during a project.
