I had two interviews for this role. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was with some of my potential peers. We talked about my background and my experience related to the job. They also looked over my resume and asked about different parts of the role. They wanted to know what made me want to apply.

I interviewed with Verizon 4 times over two years for different roles. Initially, they felt I wasn't right for the specific position but a good fit for the company. They'd then reach out later for other roles. Email notifications were often problematic, showing rejections followed by interview invitations. My last interview involved multiple rounds, after which I received no further communication.
