I applied through campus recruitment. The selection process had four rounds. First was an online assessment with MCQs mainly on OS, Computer Networks, and Cloud Computing. This was followed by a Technical Interview, then an MR (Managerial Round) Interview, and finally an HR Interview. In the technical round, the interviewer started with troubleshooting questions, then moved to CNS topics like protocols, and OS concepts such as deadlock and threading. There were also some practical questions about PC configuration.

So, it was quite a while back, but the interview process started with an HR call where they asked some basic questions. After that, there were two technical interviews and then a management round. In the technical rounds, we had discussions about different technical scenarios. They'd present a situation and ask how I'd approach it, and then based on my answers, they might ask more questions about specific tools or even change the scenario. The management interview was more about talking through a challenging situation I'd encountered in a past job and explaining how I dealt with it.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe a difficult situation from your previous role and how you managed it?
  • They asked technical scenario-based questions focused on troubleshooting.
  • The management interview focused on customer relationships and handling difficult customer situations.
