Inside Sales Representative
The whole interview process involved 5 interviews total. It started with a phone interview with a recruiter. The second interview was with the team manager and a team leader, which was virtual due to the pandemic. I felt like I did great in this one. The third interview was also virtual and included all the team managers in that department along with a few team leaders. This interview involved doing a presentation and then about 45 minutes of questions from the group (there were 6 people). I made it to this third interview but didn't move on to the fourth. I had some technical difficulties during the third interview which really tripped me up, and I think they could tell I was stumbling. I tried to recover and finish strong, but it wasn't enough. The fourth interview was with the HR manager, and the fifth with the VP of Sales. I didn't get moved on to the fourth.

- Where did you get this information (for presentation)?
Sales Representative
I had a recruiter call on LinkedIn, and they thought I was a good fit. Then, the manager scheduled a face-to-face interview at their Dublin office, which required me to take half a day off. After that, I was told the interview went well and the next step was a language assessment, which also went perfectly. I was promised an update within a week, presumably with an offer, but I never heard back and have been waiting for months. Despite the effort, I expected at least some feedback.
- Can you tell me about yourself, your background, and your qualifications?
- How would you describe your language proficiency?
Sales Representative
The recruiter was kinda rude and asked me to reschedule my assessment day, possibly to give my spot to someone she thought was better. I was initially told I'd know about an offer by the end of the day, then it changed to Monday. I ended up getting ghosted and had to follow up to find out I didn't get the job. She claimed she was off on Monday, which is why I didn't hear back, but honestly, a single email would have been respectful. Sketchy company.
