First, you get a call from them to discuss some practical matters. After that, there is a team session. If that goes well, you will be invited for an in-person interview. Everything was fine, and I went through all the steps. They told me during the in-person interview that I would likely hear back the same day whether I could start. During the in-person interview, this was moved to the end of the week. No problem with that, my application was on Monday, so I decided to wait until Friday. The week passed without any news from Verisure: no email, no phone call, nothing... Then I decided to contact them myself and call the number of the employee who helped me throughout the application process. She told me she was in a meeting and would call back the next morning. The next morning, you can guess it: NOTHING... I decided to call again but ended up on voicemail this time. I left a message and waited. Meanwhile, two weeks have passed, and I have made at least 10-15 attempts to call again, but I always end up on voicemail and hear nothing more from them! Communication is an absolute zero! I was also supposed to be notified of any negative feedback. It is a disgrace that such a large international company is so lax with its applicants. This is extremely unprofessional and frankly just laughable!

Good benefits and pay. Top-tier health insurance and salary to be agreed upon. An emerging company in Argentina. The process involved 2 interviews, one virtual and one in person. The company office has no more than 100 employees. The position was for a telephone sales supervisor.

I had a bad experience today during my interview at Verisure. I arrived at the office and both managers didn't really welcome me. When I mentioned I'm from the Netherlands, they didn't seem pleased. I'll skip the bad remarks. No welcome, no drinks, and no introduction. They immediately started asking me questions about KPIs and team leadership. After his questions, the other managers said we'd do some role-playing. Okay. After the first round, he told me I hadn't managed that properly and wouldn't be a good fit. He gave me a second chance, but after one mistake, I was out for him. I felt very uncomfortable and sensed a lot of tension in their communication – not open and not transparent. I felt I didn't have time to answer my questions or even get to know the company. After just 8 minutes, they had already made up their mind. I've been doing this for 10 years and have never felt such disrespect. I really hope they change their approach for other participants. I gave them this feedback: I would have liked an open discussion and time for questions, but it seemed this was their method.
