Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Verisure.
Intern
The process was very easy, initiated through LinkedIn. The interview itself was straightforward and conducted by very friendly people. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and was very approachable. I also enjoyed the group dynamic, which was quite typical but fun.
- Why would you choose Verisure for your internship?
Jovem Aprendiz
I was in the final stage and they told me they would give me positive and negative feedback. I didn't receive any feedback, not even to say I was rejected, I think that's a lack of empathy for the candidate.
- If you had to be an office object, which one would you be?
Jovem Aprendiz
I went through the selection process in 2022, applying through Infojobs. There were two interviews: the first was with an HR person, where they asked me to talk about myself and any experiences I might have had, even if not formal work. The second interview, if I passed the first stage, was with a supervisor and coordinator (my area was Contact Center), and in this stage, they asked more specific things that could be useful for the role I would occupy.
