Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Verisure.
Customer Service Representative
First an email, then a phone interview. Interview with locals and with Spaniards, occupational health check, uniform delivery and training. Then a practice. In the end they say it's for one task and it's for several and the practice is very brief, they mix tasks, it's not efficient.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is the salary?
Customer Service Representative
The recruiter from talekt acquisitin was unprofessional and didn't seem to grasp basic business terms. They repeatedly called me by the wrong name. Even after I provided clear examples of the experience they were seeking, they claimed I hadn't. It felt like I had to explain everything very simply. Some of their mannerisms were quite rude. This was the strangest and most frustrating first interview I've ever had.
- Can you elaborate on what I've already told you?
- Can you provide more examples of the experiences we've discussed?
Customer Service Representative
First interview was with a hiring manager, and then the second interview was with two team leaders. It was pretty standard questions, lots of hypotheticals like: "What would you do in "this" situation?" and "How would you handle Karen costumers?"
- How would you deal with difficult customers, specifically those referred to as 'Karens'?
- Describe how you would handle a hypothetical situation.
