Sales Executive
It was a really strange interview. The person interviewing me could speak English, but not super well. They asked some really weird questions that didn't make much sense grammatically, which left me pretty confused. I reached out to them after 10 days, but they still haven't let me know if I got the job or not.
- What are your thoughts on 'The Humanity'?
Sales Executive
This was the strangest interview I've ever been to! It was a Zoom call with about 12 other people, some of whom were clearly invited from places like Indeed and had no clue about the job. The interviewer started by checking everyone's right to work in the UK, which I felt was a bit personal, especially since a couple of people didn't have ID or the right to work and were removed quickly. I just left the call soon after because it definitely wasn't for me. Don't get your hopes up for any company car or incentives. The interview process itself was enough to put anyone off.
- Could you confirm your eligibility to work in the UK?
Sales Executive
After I applied, a recruiter from the company called me up. They scheduled a quick phone chat to screen me. Then, I had to go in person to meet the sales manager at their branch.
- Tell me about your past experience in B2C sales.
- How well do you think you'd do in B2C sales?
- Are you comfortable with sales that involve going door-to-door?
