It was a phone interview and the recruiter asked me scenario questions, my availability, and what type of employment I was looking for. I got offered a job the same day as the interview. The equipment I needed for the job was sent to me a few weeks later and I started training.

I had two one-on-one interviews. The first one was pretty long, about 1.5 hours, and had a lot of structured questions. The next day, I had a second interview that was much shorter, only about 20 minutes. After the second interview, they made me a contingent job offer and I had to do a drug test. It took around 12 days from when I took the test until I was officially hired. The test included parts about customer service and call center knowledge. Once I passed those, I had to take a personality test. I thought the whole process was really professional and thorough. I'm starting training tomorrow, and it's 6 weeks of paid training.

I attended a job fair where I waited for about two hours before being called for a brief initial interview. This was a screening to check if I had relevant customer service experience based on my past jobs. After that, I had to wait again to complete four computer-based tests, including personality and customer service skills assessments. The following day, I returned for a second interview with two people, one from HR and a team leader. They asked structured questions and seemed to be looking for someone with prior call center experience, suggesting I might not adjust well given my previous role. My advice is, if you don't have call center experience, it might not be worth your time.
