There were a few interviews, with several weeks between each. No preparation kit was left for another offer. It seems their staff is leaving as they've grown too much, and the atmosphere is different now.

Behavioral Technical Other

I started with a recruiter phone chat, then had a 1-hour Zoom call with the PM lead. It was pretty good, the first 30 mins was just intros and the second 30 mins was an exercise to see how I approach problems, they gave some good hints. After that, there was a home quiz. I didn't move on, but they offered me a 15 min chat with the interviewer to discuss areas for improvement, which was nice and showed good company culture.

Behavioral Technical

First the recruiter called me and then they set up a one hour zoom interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get past that, I received a standard email saying they are moving forward with other candidates. The hiring manager was very nice, they asked questions aimed at getting a better picture of my experience.
