Started with an HR screening phone interview. Then had a few more phone interviews. After that, there were several on-site interviews. They have an egalitarian approach. They gave an accurate and detailed portrayal of the job requirements. They reviewed my CV and asked good questions about my background and experience. They also asked for specific examples or stories to demonstrate skills or experiences claimed on my CV.

It was a really nice experience. After three phone chats, they flew me to Boston for a morning of interviews. They covered my flight, hotel, transport, and meals. I had four one-on-one interviews for about three hours, and then a group lunch with four colleagues where the conversation continued to see if I'd be a good fit.

So, first I talked to the hiring manager on the phone. Then, I came in for about 4-5 one-on-one interviews. It was about a week between the phone call and coming in. They took a while to get back to me with the offer and didn't give much feedback.
