I applied for this HR role through my college's Career Services and got a call about a week later from an HR Manager. I went to NYC for the interview and noticed everyone dressed in black with their hair in a tight bun. People there were professional and kept to themselves. I was directed to the right floor and met the current HR intern who asked standard questions. It wasn't super conversational, but she seemed to be following a script. That same night, I got an email asking me to come back for another interview with the Manager the next week. By the following week, I had another offer, and I wish I could have met with both the intern and the manager on the same day. If that had happened and I got an offer, I might have chosen to work with Vera Wang.

Behavioral Technical

The entire process took roughly 2 weeks and consisted of two rounds. First, I had a recruiter call, and then a second interview with the hiring manager. The interviews weren't particularly challenging, but unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer. In the second round, the manager was 30 minutes late and seemed unprepared, possibly not having reviewed my resume beforehand. She mainly asked general and background-related questions.

It was a one-on-one interview in a really comfortable office. They started by asking about my personal details and then my understanding of the market. It felt very easy and relaxed. They mentioned I'd be selected for a second round interview next week, where they'd ask more technical questions.
