I sent my resume to the company, and within about a day and a half, the Store Manager called me to schedule an interview for a few days later. The interview itself was with the Store Manager and the District Manager over the phone. It lasted for about 45 minutes, and I felt pretty good about it, like I connected with the Store Manager. I didn't hear back for three weeks, even though they said I would get notified. When I called, they told me the position was already filled and seemed surprised I expected a notification, with a bit of an attitude.

I had a joint interview with the DM and HR. It was quite thorough, but they made me feel comfortable throughout the questions.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 interviews over about a month and a half, they really kept me on my toes. I met with the district manager, a hiring agent, and the store management. I felt like I gave really good answers and had lots of examples for them each time. They really dug into how I'd handle certain employee issues.
