We met at a Starbucks close to the Vera Bradley store in the mall. I had to wait about 30 minutes because they were running late interviewing other candidates. The general manager and two assistant managers interviewed me all at the same time.

I submitted my application online last year. A recruiter reached out and I had an interview with two managers, one of them would be my direct supervisor. About a week later, I got another call for another interview with the new manager. A few days after that, I received an offer. It helps to mention "Girl's Best Friend" and if you're a fan of the product, that's a plus too!

The process was mostly just going through my resume and asking questions right off the cuff. They didn't really have questions prepared. The whole thing took like five minutes. They don't track their questions, so don't be shocked if they ask three times what your availability is. They really like it when you mention their core values!
