The interviewers were kind and respectful, and all of them are experts in the water treatment field. The interview process was quite nice, it's just like a communication. It was good. Being well-prepared with your own experience will be helpful. Thank you for the invitation for answering this question.

First, you'd get an invite to a group meeting, but before that, you had to upload a 50-second video of yourself in English to YouTube. Only then would they send you the location details. The group interview lasted FIVE hours. There were about 20 of us. You had to bring an object that represented you, introduce yourself to everyone, and answer some questions about your goals, etc. Afterwards, you were given a project to solve in groups of five, which you then had to present and defend. They were really cool, but everything took a long time. The next stage involved online tests for English, personality, and logic (2 hours). The next step was an interview with your potential mentor (30 min). They asked more personal questions and presented your project. That's as far as I got haha

The hiring process had 3 stages: first an interview with HR, then with the area coordinator, and finally with the manager of the finance department. The HR interview felt like it was more to see if I fit the company's profile and met the behavioral requirements the job asked for. HR made me feel really comfortable, was super polite, and kept in touch via WhatsApp the whole time. The whole process took less than a week. The interview with the manager was more technical; she asked about my past experiences, asked me to talk a bit about myself and my goals, and then she talked a lot about the job's activities and the team's day-to-day. I felt like we connected well. In the part with the manager, it was surprising because he didn't ask very technical questions; he talked a bit about himself both personally and professionally and described the job's routine, in addition to asking me to introduce myself and talk about my experiences. In both stages, they created a calm and welcoming environment, showed interest in my profile, and said they liked me a lot. However, despite everything, the day after the interview with the manager, I received a message saying I wasn't selected. But the experience was worthwhile; I finished the process with a positive impression of the company and the people I spoke with, even though I wasn't approved!
